Best dock for connecting external monitors on the new iPad Pro A2837

Trying to use a iPad Pro (A2837) as a viable replacement for my old work Surface Pro 8. Loving it so far, but my Startech dock, and Dell Docks don’t seem to broadcast. I’m using the Apple adapter to get a single HMDI screen to work, but was hoping to have (3) screens (iPad, and (2) externals. IS there something that would work for this set-up?
