the battery decreases during the night

my cell phone's battery life is constantly decreasing even though I'm not using it

when I don't use the mobile phone and have turned off bluetooth, the battery drops to 2%

and sometimes I have turned off the mobile phone

I don't know why the battery decreases when I don't use it

There is NEVER a time when an iPhone (or any smartphone) isn’t doing something, from maintaining the connection to the cellular network, updating apps and app data (weather, for example), receiving and processing notifications, receiving and filing email and messages, routine “housekeeping” and maintaining databases. And turning off Bluetooth is a bad idea; first, it uses no energy unless it is connected to something, 2nd, it is essential that it be on if you want Find My to work, in case you ever misplace or lose your phone. And the same is true for Wi-Fi; NEVER turn it off, for similar reasons. But, it addition, iOS itself will turn it off when the phone goes to sleep, so turning it off manually is redundant.

So as long as it is powered on it is using energy, even if you aren’t actively using it. And that is also true overnight.

What you SHOULD be doing overnight is leaving the phone plugged in. The absolute best way to get maximum use on a charge, as well as slow the decline of battery capacity long term is to enable Optimized Battery Charging (Settings/Battery/Battery Health) and charge the device overnight, every night. The battery will fast charge to 80%, then pause. During the nighttime pause the phone will use mains power instead of battery power, allowing the battery to “rest”, and thus reducing the need to charge the battery quite as often. The phone will resume charging to reach 100% when you are ready to use your phone; it will “learn” your usage pattern. If you enable iCloud Backup (Settings/[your name]/iCloud - iCloud Backup) the phone will back up overnight also, assuring that you can never lose more than the current day’s updates.
