Hi,
I've been getting virus detected notification last two days and it shows virus alter on the notification panel.
How do I get rid of these alerts?
Is my computer get virus?
I am uploading a few screenshots of the notifications.

Those messages are scams sent using Web site notifications. Do not click on links, enter information, or contact the “helpful” “tech support” scammers.
Block Web notifications in Safari and any other Web browser you may use.

While there haven't been many viruses that affect Apple devices, there is malware that does. And, as most people use the terms virus and malware interchangeably, it's important not to imply that Apple products can't be compromised. They can be.

P.S. - If you ran anything that these messages or their senders told you to run, that’s when YOU could be unwittingly installing malware on your own computer!
If the scammers knew how to reach out and take your money without tricking you into helping them, they would have done it already.
