Apple Music radio show podcasts low bitrate

For some reason when listening to recent episodes of Apple Music radio through the podcasts app they are all low bit rate? Has anyone else noticed this problem? Any help or explanation would be appreciated.

Podcast playback is slow Why are my podcasts playing back slowly? People sound drunk or spacey even as you can tell what they are saying. It’s like there is a slow forward instead of a fast forward. Problem is new today. All podcasts, including shows downloaded before the last time I listened to podcasts.
