Pin Vault app is no longer supported on iPhone 15

i upgraded from iphone 11 to 15, now my Pin Vault app is no longer supported. how do i get my passwords stored on the old app off?

Passwords in Passwords App disappeared When I open the Passwords app on my iPad (10th gen, iPadOS 18.5) it shows only 1 password and no way for me to access all my saved passwords to edit them. However, when I log into another app, saved passwords are available with my fingerprint. How do I recover my passwords in the app?

Ask the app developer or look at their support site, still have the 11 get it off that.
