My status bar keeps blinking and can’t scroll down

Try and force quit whatsapp (swipe up on iPhones without an home button and then swipe whatsapp away, or double press the home button on iPhones with an home button to swipe whatsapp away) to see if the issues persist

WhatsApp shutting down issue since IOS 18.3.1 update. Hello, Since installing update 18.3.1 on my iPhone 14 I seem to have an issue with WhatsApp, that was not present before hand. Basically I go into the App, start typing, then it chucks me out ! When I go back in it is as if the app is reloading, and any text I have started to type is wiped. It happens every time I open the App, once, and then works as it should. Yes I have tried all the usual tricks, but these make no difference. As said, before the update there were no issues whatsoever. Anyone else experiencing this ?
