Why am I being charged more for iCloud+ and other Apps subscriptions?

I’ve been subscribing to iCloud+ for a while now and recently when I checked my bank statements I was charged more than what was stated Apple shows SGD 3.98 when upgrading even in monthly receipts however in my bank statement it should I’m being charged SGD 4.09 similarly with another subscription which was supposed to be SGD 5.98 I am being charged SGD 6.15. Does anybody know if there is a price increase or some hidden fees? Because I just checked and iCloud+ for my tier still shows 3.98 SGD
