Numerous people have posted this question and nobody has given an answer yet. Why aren't any pop-ups being blocked by Safari anymore? Yes all of our settings are correct. Hundreds of people have asked this question and nobody is responding. Is that because it's a known problem that nobody wants to admit to? What's going on?

This is a user-to-user forum with an astronomical number of posts being made every day. Posts get answered if someone with the right knowledge happens to see them. But within a day or two, the post gets buried under the mountain of posts that are coming in all the time. If someone is searching for a particular term or user, they might find an older post.
Without knowing what your settings are, no one here can determine whether or not they are, in fact, correct.

Also, if you're still using iOS 17, it's time to update to iOS 17.5.1.
Scammers and spammers have found ways around popup blockers. The most common way is to code as a web page that is designed to look like a popup, but actually is just another page.
