Changing Country/ Region on App store(Family sharing)

I have moved to the UK to study. However, I wanted to change my country and region on my app store. Unfortunately, my app store said that I could not change it because my mother has managed the country/ region and I have discussed with her how to unlock this restriction, I have tried searching but there is no hope. So please help me, Thank you!

Unable to change App Store region after downloading an app So, I changed my region in AppStore to download a App, 30 mins after downloading the App I’m about to change my region again but I can’t changed it, I don’t have subscriptions or money on my apple account and I don’t have family sharing. You would need to leave your current Family Sharing group before you can change your country.
