Apple Watch Ultra 2 - Auto-Pause Problem - Tattoos on Wrist

I have finally discovered the reason why auto-pause keeps activating during my workouts even when I have that function turned off. Apparently it is because I have tattoos on my wrist. Unfortunately, I have tattoos on both of my wrists. I don't have them on the bottom of my wrist, though. Only on the top. I am going to experiment and see if wearing the watch on the bottom of my wrist solves the problem. Apple should really pay attention to this issue considering many people have tattoos nowadays.

Thanks for your response. I tested wearing the watch on the bottom of wrist (where I have no tattoos) during my workout last night and it never auto-paused. Worked out for about 45 minutes. Wearing the watch on top of my wrist where the tattoos are always resulted in it pausing at some point; typically about halfway through my workout.
