Suspicious looking contact showed up in my phone

I was scrolling through my contacts trying to find someone, and I saw a contact that I deleted instantly that I didn’t recognize. In hindsight, that wasn’t particularly clever but I digress. The contact was titled “ScamVial” then a series of random characters I can’t remember. Is this something to worry about? I have visited some sites that may or may not be entirely safe but I never clicked anything, downloaded anything, or used a website I thought might be unsafe for more than 2-5 mins. I do not have a VPN.
