Got iPad Air 13inch a few days ago, when I really got my hand on iPad after a while. Only found out that we got a loose power button, so much different with my friends’, they all have blue and a purple one. Mine was gray. I don’t want this loose button thingy, and the staff told me if they ever summit a report to higher management, it will be rejected and nothing will happened. It got me really angry. How do you guys gonna do?

If you just got it you should still be in the return/exchange period (if purchased from Apple it is 14 days for most countries). Unless they have determined it was an issue due to accidental damage you should be able to exchange it for your peace of mind….of course that’s also dependent on the retailer you purchased from return policy
