Moving files by cutting and pasting

Enable Ctrl X for cutting and pasting files. This command is not available in finder on the right click

Option-Command-V moves the copied file (use Option for the right click also).

CMD+x does not work to cut files. Hi, I want to move files but cutting them does not work. I have to create multiple windows an then drag the files like in medievil times. I find CMD+Option+v too complicated and annoying.

cmd-x and cmd-v for moving files in finder? I would like to cut and paste files in finder. It's quite awkward/inefficient having to open source and target locations in finder to drag the files with the mouse to the new location. However, cmd-x and cmx-v does not work, the computer just makes a sound. Is there a tool or a setting that I can install/change to make it work?

Cannot move file by hovering over the back or forward buttons I used to be able to do this, but not any longer. Perhaps after an update. Thank you.
