Can't change my icloud email
I can't change my icloud email - each time i want to change the email, i enter my passcode and a valid icloud account but the system keeps telling me "Could not Update Email at this time".

Where exactly are you trying to do this? Note that your primary iCloud email address cannot be changed at all. All you can do is add or removes aliases.

Note: You can’t delete or turn off a primary iCloud Mail address. You can’t use an alias to create a separate Apple ID, and an email alias can’t be converted to a primary iCloud Mail address."
An "at this time" message is a newer one and I usually see it mentioned when somebody is trying to do something they are not allowed to do or it has incomplete information.
