Does iCloud photo migration to google include hidden album. If yes, can this be avoided before transfer

I would like to transfer my iCloud Photos to google photos. As google photos isn't as encrypted as iCloud, I would prefer my hidden album not transferred. Does the migration include the hidden album ? If yes, is there a way to avoid the transfer of the hidden album ?

I do not want Google Photos- deleting photos removed them from my device and iCloud! I do not want to use Google Drive for my photos on my new phone. I had it on my old phone and I made the mistake of deleting photos from Google Photos and they were removed from my phone and iCloud. I set it to 'no access' but I didn't delete the App as I read somewhere that removing the App will remove photos from my device. I have a new phone and I have not installed Google Photos on my new phone - as I do not want it. I have uploaded/transferred all of my photos from the iCloud. This is a really silly question- photos will only get uploaded to Google Photos if I install the app and enable full or partial access? When I do a factory re-set on my old phone (for a friend to use) what will happen to my photo library when I remove the Google Photo app? It is set to no access, so should be empty. Thank you

The hidden album is not include in google photos
