I want to use slides made in Microsoft Power Point or Keynote. These slides contain text in English and Sanskrit. But the text is not a single line, but multiple lines in multiple paragraphs. As I talk in a picture in picture video at the bottom right of the screen, the slide containing text should unfold line by line. How to achieve this in Final Cut Pro X?

Is each slide you bring to FCP a single image file?
You could add a mask and adjust it over time.
To make sure the background shows completely, export an extra slide with just the background, and place it below the ones containing the text.

Thanks. However, I request for further clarity. If I have each slide as an image file in FCP then, I can not use the typewriter effect function as it is applicable only to text and not to an image. Using masking is a very labourious process. Is there any plugin available? Alternatively, if I bring title containing text to FCP then I can use the typewriter function only for contiguous statements or lines. It is not applicable to text punctuated with seperate paragraphs. Therefore, please help me to implement a typewriter effect to a title containg texts in multiple paragraphs. Thanks & Regards.
