i try to install the new update on my apple watch And it was telling me that they have to be connected to the internet or I have at least 50 percent battery. I decided to disconnect from my phone and reconnect it does all the steps normally but still won't let me do the new update to use my watch

Do you hav 50% battery and is your paired iPhone connected? If so and the update will still not install please try and update from the watch itself instead
I unpaired the phone from my apple watch,and now the watch is on process to pair.It does all the connection steps normally and when the last step remains, which is the update, it tells me about the battery. I can't follow the steps you gave me because the apple watch is in the connection process and I don't have access to settings and more stuff
