Update payment method
I am trying to download an app for work. It keeps saying I have to verify/update payment method. My card is on there and I don’t have any outstanding bills. I don’t know why else to do

- Apple is simply checking with your financial institution if the payment method is valid and receiving a negative, or no, response. Make sure the name and address are entered exactly as it appears on your financial institution bills and that the 3 digit CVV is correct. Check with your financial institution about the status of your card. I don't know that there is anything Apple can do about this if the issue is a bad response from your bank.
