No DCIM folder on 1 iPhone 13 Pro but other is fine

I have tried every possible suggestion on the internet using multiple

Windows PCs. I have one iPhone 13 Pro that refuses to show the DCIM

folder no matter any possible suggestion on the internet. Trust me, I

have tried them all. The funny thing is my iPhone 13 Pro works fine and I

can easily pull off photos for work. My wife on the other hand takes

more photos for work and needs to pull off 300 GB of photos and the DCIM

folder refuses to show up on the same computer that works with a

different iPhone. So, none of the actual computer suggestions are the

issue because another phone works. We have tried everything on the

iPhone side like turning off shared folders in iCloud, making sure

originals are on the phone, resetting privacy settings, right clicking

on iPhone, tried multiple cords, reinstalled itunes, used apple devices,

redid drivers, etc. Everything. Is there anything that is missing that I

could try? Why would one phone work and the other phone not work?
