Calling issue in toll free number or customer care number

When I try to call on any toll free number or customer care number I am unable to make call

when I call on these numbers there is no voice coming from other side

i am facing this issue after update 17.5.1

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 17

Is your carrier not prohibiting calls to these kind of numbers?


if not, please try and forcer restart your iPhone to see if the issues persist


  1. Press and quickly release the volume up button.
  2. Press and quickly release the volume down button.
  3. Press and hold the side button.
  4. When the Apple logo appears, release the side button.
