I recently purliphone 5 the description clearly advertised the devices as being"unlocked. But wrbhen I got the phones I tried to install a new sim card but instead of activation I got "This sim is not Supported"
So I'm stuck because had I known that the phones I wouldn't bought them. I'm
open to all suggestions.

Also note, and iPhone 5 is pretty old at this point, and will not have access to many apps in the App store any more.

If I were you, I return them for refund. They aren't as advertised and an iPhone 5 is now SO OLD as to not be compatible with most apps out there anymore.
