I open my activity app and start yoga but it doesn’t start, instead it “suggests” open, which doesn’t make sense. I open the app, I choose the activity. Then I have to OPEN it again? Not only doesn’t this make sense, it’s not consistent meaning it sometimes opens the old way.
why the extra step? It was much better to simply open the app and swipe open the activity.
Did you, by any chance, tap on the three dots in the upper right corner of the workout name?
If yes, you may see the option "Open" meaning, that the workout will have to be stopped by you, i.e. "Open goal"
To avoid that dialog, try to tap the workout type a bit more to the left side, and the workout will start right away.
