Unable to launch Terminal app on my MacBook Pro
Terminal app won't launch. I tried rebooting the OS but it still doesn't launch. How can I fix it?

Hmmm.
Maybe you need to paint a bigger picture if you are having some bigger issue.
Is github involved in this quandary ?
If the only problem is your /Applications/Utilities/Terminal.app will not launch you can try holding the Shift key down and try again...
or from Spotlight search:
if no resolve —
A SafeBoot Use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support will sort many anomalies
Does a quick disk repair before it fully boots up, and certain system caches get cleared and rebuilt, third party system modifications and system accelerations are disabled temporarily.
Login and test. Reboot as normal and test. Caches get rebuilt automatically.

Thank you very much.
It worked with SHIFT key down.
This is solved, but I would like to ask for the future problem. What is happening when the SHIFT is down?

The bigger question is:
Have you tried Safe Mode as leroydouglas had suggested?
If the issue doesn't return, it might have been resolved by the other things that safe mode did at startup, such as checking your disk and clearing caches.
If the issue returns, it is caused by a login item or other software that safe mode prevents from loading at startup. In that case, remove login items to find out whether a login item is at fault.
Good luck! 👋🏼😉
