There is no view button for my disk utility which I am using to repair startup

What do i do to view everything?

Why does Disk Utility show only macOS base system after erasing data in recovery mode? So when I launch recovery mode and look at my disk utility after erasing the internal data, I only see the MacOS base system is that normal? I have also tired a handful of times to redownload MacOS but some data is still there and doesn’t reboot to the normal start screen when you first but the MacBook. Circle with Line at startup I had the circle with line issue this morning. After opening up disk util and seeing two drive in red like photos I attempted to fix. After a few steps of thinking what I was doing was right I apparently partitioned the drive from what used to be 3tb to 120 gb. I am not sure when everything went to but now I have a fresh install with no files are 5% of the hard drive I normally have.

San Disk Extereme Pro- It is not displayed I'm having problems with SanDisk extreme Pro. It has crashed several times and all my uploaded files have disappeared. When I put it in the disk utility to fix it, it tells me: DiskManagement.disenter: 49153. Please comment on the problem. Thanks for reply Al Mich

Older versions of Disk Utility for macOS 10.12 & earlier do not have a "View" option. This "View" option was only added with macOS 10.13+ in order to hide the more complex drive layouts used by APFS file systems & later versions of macOS.

Older versions of macOS always showed everything by default including physical drives.
