San Disk Extereme Pro- It is not displayed

I'm having problems with SanDisk extreme Pro. It has crashed several times and all my uploaded files have disappeared. When I put it in the disk utility to fix it, it tells me: DiskManagement.disenter: 49153.

Please comment on the problem.

I hope you have a backup of those files. Several months ago users reported that the newer SanDisk Extreme 4TB (and possibly 2TB) drives were failing in such a way as to destroy all user data with no recovery possible. Older models of those drives were not affected.

FYI, you should always have frequent and regular backups of your computer and all external media (including the cloud) which contains important & unique data.
