"Wrist Temperature" data on my Apple Watch SE-2

I am unable to find "Wrist Temperature" in Settings > Health > Health Data > Body Measurements . . . only Waist Circumference & Weight appears. How to I find & activate "Wrist Temperature" in my Apple Watch SE-2?

Apple Watch SE, watchOS 10

Sorry, SE 2 does not measure wrist temperature. That feature requires Series 8 Apple Watch or higher. Wrist Temperature is also available on Apple Watch Ultra or higher.

They were both introduced in September of 2022. The SE watches generally have fewer features, or less memory, or slower/older processors etc. In other words, they are slightly stripped down versions of the Apple Watches introduced at the same time. The next SE version will probably have wrist temperature, but lack the latest and >>greatest<< features of the Series watches.
