If I login to my Apple ID on my Apple device, will I be able to access 1 GB iCloud storage?

Hello sir I have mistakenly created icloud account from my windows pc in my apple id. So I was given only 1 GB iCloud storage. I saw apple iCloud storage policy, it says that only 1GB of storage is provided by Apple for web browsers. So my question is that if I log in my Apple ID on my Apple device and login to iCloud, will I be able to access the 1 GB storage provided earlier or will I be given 5 GB under that account?

How do I get the full set of iCloud features?

Read what Apple says, and which I included in my post. My reading of it is yes, you get 5 GB. I invite you to read it and see if it says the same. Nobody here works for Apple and we all have to interpret what they say in their documentation.
