Recent Calls showing on another phone

Mother and daughter have two seperate phones with two seperate apple id's. The child's phone is new and is a part of family sharing and the recent calls from Mom's phone is showing up on child's phone. The child's phone only has two contacts and when the family sharing was added on the child's new phone, I answered "not to merge" contacts on icloud. However, my daughter is receiving my list of recent calls. Does anyone know how I can correct this?
