Help

2 months ago my iPad was stolen and I need to know if Apple can help me recover it I bought a new one but I want to recover that especially as a loyal customer of your brand I wanted to know if you could put your support to track it with your data intelligence and be able to tell me

Start here:

Locate a device in Find My on iPad - Apple Support

Here is Apple’s advice for lost or stolen devices:

If your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch is lost or stolen – Apple Support

Use the Find My app to locate a lost or stolen device – Apple Support

If the Find My iPad feature was enabled prior to it being “misplaced”, then if active, you would stand a good chance of locating it.

However, if the feature was not activated prior to being misplaced - or the iPad has been inactive or without a network connection for more than 24 hours, the last known location will not be available - and the opportunity to use technical means to recover the iPad may have been lost.

Please note that Apple's support in tracing a lost or stolen device is limited to providing the technical tools to assist you with the process. Apple will otherwise decline to assist with tracing or recovery.

If I understand, track it in search but

Then it stopped updating. It was updated for about 2 hours. Then it didn't happen again. I need to know where it is to get it back, but it doesn't show me anything anymore

If the device's has lost its active network connection, it cannot send location data to Apple. Similarly, if the battery has fully depleted, the device cannot be detected by other Apple devices that are participating in Apple's Find My network.

If you are patient, the last known location might update.
