Can I use a non-apple adapter? Does it affect battery health from reducing when I use it for charging?

iPhone 15 battery health dropped to 99% in one month I bought an iPhone 15 a month ago and have been charging it with a 35-watt adapter. 15pro max battery health i purchased in December always on optimised charging no heavy usage like games etc. my battery health dropped to 97 with only 57 cycle . makes me worried .and i also use the orignal cable and apple adapter .

Use any adapter that you want that is 20 Watts or more.
