How do I restore my diary from iCloud?

I used the appple diary app on my phone. I took the phone to the service. Before that I made a safety save to my icloud. I set it to also save the diary to iCloud. After I got back the phone, I got back every data except my diary. How can I get back this datas?

Journal app data missing after iCloud restore to new iPhone I was using the new Journal app on my old iPhone since it was released. I just updated to a new iPhone because my old one died. I did a restore from iCloud backup and everything came back over. Everything except, it seems, the data from my iPhone Journal app. When I go to the app today, it has no previous entries. None. Journal Suggestions from farther back than a month hello! I just discovered the Journal app and for a second it showed me suggestions from the entire month of October (today in December). It isn’t showing me that far back now (which makes sense it’s longer than a month out). Is there any way to get that information? October was a very special month and I didn’t know the phone could store where I was and what I was doing and what I was listening to on those dates. I’m willing to look manually in different apps but it doesn’t appear (besides photos) to be able to give me all the info I want (music/location/podcast etc). I’m also willing to like…Time Machine my phone. ideally I’d just be able to go further back in the suggestions but is there any other way to get my memories back from that time to retroactively journal about them? I understand why it could be dubious to have this info stored for long periods of time (if the wrong person gets access), but I would like to get a hold of as much info to jog my memory as possible. Sometimes you don’t know you’re going through something special until after it’s already happened. thanks in advance!

The Journal App i got a new phone and had journal entries in the new journal app and I don’t have them anymore is there a way to get it back

Apple does not offer a “Diary” app. Perhaps you’re referring to a third party app from the App Store. Perhaps you’re referring to Apple’s Notes, Reminders, or something else. Be aware that data saved elsewhere, such as Contacts in general, are not saved in an iCloud backup.
