Outlook & iPhone & iWatch - Outlook Calendar Notifications on iWatch for all Calendars

I am using Outlook on the iPhone with two exchange accounts and two calendars, one for each account.

The Outlook app works well on the phone, showing both calendars overlaid such that all appointments from both calendars are visible at once.

However, on my iWatch, only the appointments from the first account Calendar are displayed, none for the second account.

There are only two choices for Outlook on the watch face. The watch face uses the "up next" complications which show text describing the appointment.

The "Meeting Day View" complication does show both calendars, however it is only as a colored blip on the watch face with no details unless it is selected.

How do I get Outlook Calendar notifications for both Calendars to show up on my Apple Watch in the "Up next" complications view?

(By the way, I asked Microsoft already and they say it is an Apple issue)

And, yes, my watch and phone are updated to the latest IOS.
