Assuming this is a question with the beta version of iOS 18, discussions of Beta software is not allowed in these forums. You will need to visit the forums that are dedicated to Beta Software. Information is provided when installing the beta on how to report feedback. You can expect many things to not work correctly.

If that is not the case, please provide more details on what you are trying to accomplish.

We don’t know the details of your specific situation. Or the particular app(s) or websites involved here.

To enroll un the Apple developer program… You will need a major payment card associated with the Apple ID and not using an Apple ID balance or gift cards to pay, and you will also need an email-format Apple ID and not an Apple ID that is a mobile telephone number. And you’ll need two-factor authentication enabled. And be located in a country or region where Apple is active, of course.

Paid program members can be individual developers, or can be certain legally-recognized organizations. You will need to be in a country or region where Apple is active, and will need to be someone or some legal entity that Apple can legally do business with; not a denied person or denied entity.

Don’t be using a VPN, either.

Once enrolled, the Apple ID will have access to various additional developer-related resources and websites.

If you want to keep things separate (as can be reasonable for many cases), creating a new Apple ID and enrolling that in the program, and using that (just) for Developer and App Store activities and such. You can enroll your own Apple ID (this works fine!), but that can get tangled with whatever personal info and purchases are already associated with your Apple ID. Apple has gotten better about allowing you to transfer one or more of your apps to other developers as needed, though.

And one other developer-related detail that (in addition to this enrollment question) gets asked around here… When signing apps for an organization, using the Apple ID associated with the organization (and not an individual’s developer account) is usually preferable. The Apple ID that signed the apps can (will) show up in various displays, whether that of the organization or of an individual.

If enrollment issues persist, contact Apple Developer Support.

If you’re trying to get into one of the Apple betas, those are not open for wide access yet.

You’ll want an iPhone or iPad or Mac you don’t need to work or work reliably, and only with apps and services you don’t need to work or work reliably, and an Apple ID with data you don’t need to be available and uncorrupted. You’ll want a full backup before loading the beta too, as there is no downgrade, only a factory reset, or a factory reset and a restore of a pre-beta backup.
