On my iPhone 15, lock symbol is shown on my WiFi network, even though blue check mark appears and password is correct. How do I remove lock symbol?

The lock simply means that the network is secured with a password. It will not go away and every secured network will have the lock. The blue checkmark means that you are connected to that network.
You don't want to remove the lock symbol. That would indicate that there is no security on your Wi-Fi network.
If for some reason you really do want to allow anyone to connect to your Wi-Fi network without a password, you can change the settings on your Wi-Fi router.
