How can I stop my iPhone 14 screen from jumping and opening articles automatically?
When reading anything on the screen the screen jumps around and will even open other articles without any prompt from me

Sounds like a bad screen digitizer. Make an appointment at the Apple Store or take the phone to an authorized Apple service shop.
