unable to turn off automatic numbering in Pages
Unchecking "Automatically detect lists" in settings doesn't work. Any ideas?
iMac 27″, macOS 14.5
I am using Pages v14.1 on Sonoma 14.5 and when I deselect Automatically detect lists, it no longer propagates a list after I enter 1. A and a return, as it would if list detection were enabled.
However, if you started your automatic list before deselecting this Setting, then observe that Bullets & Lists will remain set to Numbered, ready to continue your list until you set it to None.
