Ive just created a folder and now my macbook wont let me rename it. I just get "You don’t have permission to rename the item “New Folder With Items”.

It seems that if I highlight some files on the network folder and select make new folder with selection, I cant edit the name. I can however make a folder, paste the items and then edit the name.
To change the name of an Item, you need read/write permissions for the item itself...
... AND read/write permissons for the Enclosing Folder.
It's on a network folder. Have just tried the same in Documents on my "users/documents and it works ok. So it must be a network access problem, although I have admin on the network drive.
What is the location of the folder? (Eg. Desktop, Documents folder, Library folder, etc?)
