I am so confused here.
Multiple replies with completely different issues (password or payment) make it impossible to determine the actual issue.
In this case, I recommend contacting Apple Support for help from an Apple advisor.

Your response should never show personal information such as addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, etc.‼️⚠️⛔️
Seems like my network service provider was late with the billing process..
im sure it should be fine now, hopefully.
