Status Icon Blue Cloud with a white exclamation inside a red circle

I have NO IDEA what this is and it keeps showing up in my status icon location in the top right corner of my MacBook. does anyone have an idea of what it is and to get rid of it? I tried holding down command and dragging it, but it doesn't allow me to do it. PLEASE HELP!

A cloud icon with an exclamation point indicates there was an error uploading the file, or that the file is corrupt. A dotted-line cloud icon indicates the file may be waiting to upload. If these are song files and you're using Apple Music or iTunes Match, the dotted-line cloud icon can also mean the song can't be matched, or that it is no longer available in the Apple Music catalog. If these are music files displaying the cloud icons you're seeing, please see the "Learn more" section in the link above for steps on how to resolve these.

If these are files you're using with iCloud Drive, please see the "If your files don't update to iCloud Drive" section in how to Access iCloud Drive files from your iPhone and other devices.

If you're seeing cloud icons for other files not mentioned above, please let us know what type of files this is happening with, as well as the exact macOS Big Sur version you're using. This information will help us determine how to proceed.

Have you run Disk Utility's Disk First Aid on all connected drives?

In Disk Utility>View, select Show all Devices, highlight the top left entry.

Run Disk First Aid on all items in the left panel, from top down.

Are you running any VPN, Anti-Virus, or Cleaning apps?

We need to see what all is running, a report from this will not display any personal info...
