Phone call option on contact screen defaults to FaceTime
I have one contact in my phone that I must go into the contact and click directly on the phone number to make a phone call to. All the other options through messenger or the phone icon underneath the profile picture take me straight to FaceTime. I have found other threads that say to change the phone number type from iPhone to mobile. I tried this and that did not work as you can see in the picture it still says FaceTime under the phone call icon.
This person is also the only emergency contact I have in my phone.
I need to know how to fix this. This is the person that I called the most and it is very inconvenient to have three or four steps to make a phone call 6 or 7 times a day. If this doesn’t get fixed, I will change away from my iPhone.
