Can’t get into yahoo email anymore on iMac but can on iphone
I can retrieve my yahoo email on my iPhone and iPad, but I can’t retrieve my yahoo email on my iMac. I tried several times and it has timed me out.
iMac 27″, macOS 14.2

Mac's Mail App is not as modern as iOS's Mail app, Many eMail providers now require a separate App Password different from your eMail password…

Most likely biggest factor is using Other in Mail setup, then using a Browser that doesn’t have Yahoo PW stored init to get the App PW.
