CPU Panic during Sleep

Hello, for some reason my computer keeps crashing after closing the lid (sleep), is not all the time. I have wiped the drive and reinstalled macOS multiple times and installed apps one at the time to see if I can isolate the issue to an app. Also performed hardware diagnostics, no issues detected. I have a 14" MackBook Pro, M2, 2023 with Sonoma 14.5.

See one of the crash report below.

Make sure to disconnect all external devices in case one of them is causing a problem.

If you performed a clean install of macOS and encountered the failure before installing any apps, before restoring from a backup, and before signing into your AppleID & iCloud, then you have confirmed a hardware failure. A clean install is when you erase the disk (for an M-series Mac this involves deleting the Volume Group) prior to installing macOS. Or even better you can perform a DFU firmware Restore which resets the security enclave & system firmware before pushing a clean OS onto the internal SSD.

I'm not familiar with the information in this Kernel Panic, but it appears some value was not what it was expected to be later on. You seem to have done some great troubleshooting, so that tells me this is most likely a hardware issue with the laptop (most likely a Logic Board failure). The DFU firmware Restore is about the only other thing you can try just in case the security enclave chip is corrupt.
