OMEN by HP 27 inch FHD 165Hz Gaming Monitor - will it work with an Apple Mac mini M2?

Will a HP OMEN by HP 27 inch FHD 165Hz Gaming Monitor - OMEN 27 work with my new Apple Mac mini M2? I can’t find anything under Notes or descriptions for the monitor or an HP.

The OMEN 27" display supports both HDMI and DisplayPort inputs and should work fine with the M2 Mac mini.

However you will most likely need to replace the factory shipped cable with a short high speed cable.

If you go HDMI to HDMI, then get a short 8K high speed HDMI cable.

If you go USB-C to DisplayPort, then get a short 8K USB-C to DisplayPort cable.
