I'm afraid that my iPhone have malware, now I want to do reset (for safety) and I want to use a backup from two weeks ago, now my question is that,
if only today I got the malware and I want to use the backup from two weeks ago, should I be afraid that somehow the iCloud backup got infected ?

I am not convinced that there is anything wrong with your phone. What behavior do you see on the phone that makes you think that malware was installed?
What was the name of the file that you downloaded?
Did you open the file and agree to have software installed?
Did you see any warning messages?
If you have proof that malware was installed on your phone, you can erase the phone and then install from the backup. But.....there are never any guarantees if you do this.
Why do you think your phone has malware?
Did you see a message telling you this?
Almost always, a message that appears that says that you may have malware or a virus on your phone is a scam that is simply trying to sell you useless software.
Apple will never send a message like this.
I have friend that his phone might have infected and I downloaded a file without knowing that fact,
but for my question can tell me if I have to be worried that my backup got infected if I have a malware on my phone, even if my backup is 2 weeks old and the malware I (maybe) got today ?
