Are files found in my backup linked to security issues on my iPad?

I found a variety of com.apple.WebKit.PushBundle.692B361 while looking through whats saved in my last backup, 6 mb or so each.

i got my iPad back after it being stolen, have had security issues since, wondering if this is relevant.
