Im on ios 18 beta and i dont wanna downgrade back to ios 17

so basically im on the ios 18 beta right and i just dont wanna go back to the ios 17 right cuz i like the new features and the current beta is running well no issues with my iphone 14 plus im just wondering if the official release of the ios 18 comes out can i just update to that even though im still in beta or do i really need to back up everything and dowgrade beforehand im just scared losing all of my data because im too lazy to actually just back everything up and go back to ios 17 i turned off received the developer beta options in case i get another update just wondering because its too much hassle of a process to go through everything hehe

TL:DR can i go to beta to official relase without having to go through the process of recovery option on my phone?

You can go directly to a non-beta shipping release. See the following from Apple Beta — FAQ
