I have mistakenly installed beta version on iphone 11 and its running in ios18 with is bot supported on my phone how can I remove or get backup on ios 17

Are you sure you "just" installed a true beta version? We're well beyond 18 being a beta release and you may have installed the regular 18 from which there is no going back.
