I can't upload Instagram please help me

Your tag line says that you have an iPhone 6 running iOS 12.

If you are saying that you can't download the Instagram app to your iPhone 6 because that app requires iOS 15.1 or later, you are correct. The app vendor, Instagram, Inc., has decided to make the app require iOS 15.1 or later. Your iPhone 6 cannot be upgraded to iOS 13 or higher – for it, iOS 12 is the end of the line.

Therefore, you cannot run the Instagram app on your iPhone 6.

You can try to access the Instagram service through their Web site, using Safari – but if that does not work, or you do not want to use that arrangement, you have two choices:

• Do without Instagram on your phone, or
• Purchase a newer, less-outdated phone

Your iOS 15.1 seems outdated...

Instagram is iOS only not your Mac, mac is read only on-line.
