Ghost Movements With Graphics in Affinity Photo on iPad Pro 2024 When Using New Apple Pencil Pro.

Just got the new iPad Pro 2024, 13” model with 2TB of memory, and the new Apple Pencil Pro. In general, I love them both so far, but I’ve noticed a problem in Affinity Photo. When I move graphical elements around the screen using the fully charged pencil, the objects have a tendency to continue moving on their own after lifting the pencil’s tip away from the screen. A similar issue occurs when trying to use the eye dropper to choose a specific color on the screen. When I try to drag the eye dropper onto the spot I want with the Apple Pencil Pro, the dropper’s circle keeps moving past the area I am trying to land on. Any ideas on how to stop this from happening? It’s really starting to be a major issue!

This issue just raised it’s ugly head as I was trying to add bold text, using the selection box with the Apple Pencil Pro. When I reached the end of the text that I wanted to select, the selection box just kept on moving after I lifted the pencil away from the screen. So this doesn't seem to be an Affinity Photo issue, but an Apple Pencil Pro/IPad Pro issue.
