Camera issue (mag safe symbol)

My iPhone 13 camera has been acting up for a few months. Updates haven't made any difference. Even a complete restore and setting up the phone as new didn't help. Restarting the phone usually resolves the issue, but only for a short time. The camera either goes black, the app crashes, or nothing happens at all. Strangely, often when this error occurs, a green mag safe symbol flashes in the middle of the screen on a black background. Does anyone have a solution?

My iPhone 14 Pro Max front camera suddenly stopped working My IPhone 14 Pro Max front camera suddenly stopped working. After powering the phone off then on, the camera works with a message that it is an “UNKNOWN PART”. And the wide angle option no longer appears.
